The Dialogue with the Higher Self — also known as ERH (esoteric regressive hypnosis), esoteric hypnosis or regressive hypnosis — is my specialty. A path of its own, offered in English and French, in office in Hollywood, at your home in Florida, and by videoconference across the United States, Canada and Europe.

A practice rooted in esotericism, not a conventional hypnosis session

Despite its name, Dialogue with the Higher Self is not a conventional hypnosis session: it is a practice rooted in esotericism. Also known as esoteric regressive hypnosis (ERH) and based on the Grifasi Method — a metaphysical discipline exploring consciousness and the subtle planes.

The principle. Here, you are not under hypnosis. The telepath who works with me channels your Higher Self — what some traditions call the soul — while I guide the dialogue.

How it unfolds. Together, we go to the source to explore the reasons behind certain situations you experience: where the repeating patterns and the blocks that weigh on daily life come from. My role is to guide your soul so it reclaims its sovereignty and carries out its own clearing. This exploration usually unfolds in a single meeting.

After the session. According to this approach, once this clearing is done comes the time of metabolization: the physical part gradually receives the benefits of the work the soul has carried out — generally between one and nine months, at each person’s own rhythm. Some people even say they feel the first benefits during the session itself.

How to book

1. Your request. Dialogue with the Higher Self is booked directly through the contact form, with no free trial session — unlike conventional hypnosis.
2. The meeting. In office, at your home in Florida, or by videoconference wherever you are.
3. Afterwards. You leave with what emerged from the dialogue, at your own pace.

Your questions

Will I be under hypnosis? No. That is what sets this practice apart from conventional hypnosis, despite its name. You remain fully yourself throughout the dialogue.

Is it available by videoconference? Yes, exactly as in office. You need a quiet spot, a stable connection and, ideally, headphones. This is how I work with clients across the United States, Canada and Europe.

Is there a free consultation? No — the free consultation applies to conventional hypnosis only. Dialogue with the Higher Self is booked directly through the form.

Is it therapeutic or medical? No, in no way. This is a personal, esoteric and metaphysical exploration. It does not replace the advice, diagnosis or treatment of a licensed health professional.
